I had the absolute best first time experience today with the owner and my stylist Keisha. First things first the owner was very responsive even responded to my questions i had after hours via text. Let me just say my service was not an easy task my natural hair was matted from being in the hospital for a month in a half and i was certain it was going to have to be cut. But Keisha put her gifted hands to work and i didn’t need my hair cut. There was no judgement i didn’t feel embarrassed due to the state my hair was in, they made me feel very welcomed!! Let me add i called the day before and the owner was able to get me in the very next day!!! These woman are absolutely AMAZING HANDS DOWN. I will be making this place my new place to get my hair done! I got a wash, deep condition, a treatment, trim and a wig put on cut and styled. The price was very affordable. They made me feel like family and I can’t wait to come back for a touch up!! I love the fact that they specialize in everything down to nails, waxing locs, and they have a male barber there so i can bring my son to get a haircut while i get touched up! I was very pleased with my services and feel like a new person especially since my confidence was down since I left the hospital! I feel pretty again, hands down the best place in Charleston and I’ve been to several different places so I know a good salon when i see one!! This place is truly a hidden gem!!...more
