Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on personal hair growth cycles and care. Regular waxing often leads to finer, sparser regrowth. We recommend scheduling appointments every four to six weeks to maintain optimal results.

You may feel brief discomfort as hair is removed, but our trained estheticians use gentle techniques and high-quality wax to minimize pain. Applying numbing creams isn't necessary; post-wax soothing and proper pre-care reduce sensitivity significantly.

Ensure hair is at least a quarter inch long; avoid exfoliating or tanning twenty-four to forty-eight hours prior. Cleanse the area and skip retinoids or strong acids three days before. Arrive with makeup-free skin to help your esthetician achieve precise, safe results.

Avoid heat, heavy workouts, saunas, or direct sun for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Use gentle cleansers and apply soothing aloe or post-wax serum to reduce redness. Exfoliate gently after forty-eight hours to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth regrowth.

Ingrown hairs can occur if dead skin traps regrowth; proper exfoliation and moisturizing reduce risk. Our technicians recommend gentle exfoliation two to three days post-wax and targeted serums to soothe follicles. Regular waxing often helps hair grow back finer and less prone to ingrowns.

Avoid waxing if you have sunburn, open sores, active cold sores, recent chemical peels, or are using accutane/retinoids. Pregnant clients generally can wax, but consult us if you have medical concerns or skin conditions so we can recommend the safest alternative.
